Search for 'google voice search' or similar and it should show up. It doesn't integrate with contacts at the moment but adds itself to the google search widget on your home page. Also if you click on the magnifying glass icon on the keyboard or if you're in a browser and you click menu -> Go it appears next to the text input field. Click on the microphone icon to use it.
