A couple of days ago we posted about some ‘leaked’ videos of the Palm Pre user interface which had appeared on Youtube. Well, it turns out they really were leaked! The clip we’d embedded as a sample no longer plays and on checking the palmpreforums.org channel on Youtube we found the explanation – as provided by a video posted by a moderator from the forum. It turns out a representative of Palm had been in touch and asked them to remove the videos until after launch on June 6th. Of course, some videos have since been re-posted by other Youtube users.
